Two sitting rooms - the posh one and the slobbing one with dining area! We can take turns in them! Fabulous garden - great for entertaining if the sun ever shines again. Gas central heating.
Friends welcome to visit/stay. Bedsettee in backroom and in office if your not up to sharing. Just remember we both have to get up for work - me Monday - Friday.
Put in your room what you like and do what you like - even decorate but promise comfortable to start with. I can provide bedding/towels etc., if you want - up to you.
Rules!! Respect my privacy and belongings and I will respect yours. Smoking back garden only please!! Visits from small children short and sweet please - property not overly child friendly. Adult kids visiting/staying welcome. You will have to put up with mine occasionally. (Thoroughly flown the nest promise and very sociable when here). Tidy up after yourself!
Lots of room for negotiation. Short or long term stay after three month trial. Four weeks in advance and £100.00 bond.
